Job Description
Picnic is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to inspire and develop employees across all operational areas. This role involves coordinating training, providing leadership training, and analyzing program effectiveness. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, comfortable with international environments, and able to travel to different locations in Germany.
Requirements
- Successful completed Bachelor degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Personnel Management or Similar
- 4+ years of professional experience in in-person training
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Passion for learning and development
- Travel to Germany for training
- Driver's license
