Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in fitness, club, or membership-driven business model
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone and on-site presence with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to train and support franchisees
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple active candidates simultaneously
