Senior Product Manager

Pickle is looking for a driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the next generation of warehouse automation, combining strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across robotics, machine learning, and physical AI. This role involves defining the vision, strategy, and comprehensive roadmaps for Pickle's physical AI solutions, driving execution, and championing cross-functional success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or a related field
• Proven experience driving end-to-end development of AI-powered products—from early inception to delivery
• Experience with warehouse automation or robotics is a strong plus
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and systems like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Tableau, or other analytics platforms
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders
