Requirements

• 3-5 years' post-admission experience and a current unrestricted practising certificate
• Experience in debt recovery, strata recoveries, insolvency, commercial and civil litigation
• Strong legal drafting and research capability across relevant civil, commercial or litigation matters
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations
• Sound judgment, ethical practice and the ability to escalate risks appropriately
• Knowledge of practice and procedure in Magistrates/Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts
