Senior Industrial Designer (f/m/d) - Shanghai

As a Senior Industrial Designer, you will autonomously direct the design and establish conceptual guidelines for innovative products across various industries. You'll collaborate closely with international clients, manage projects from initial ideas to final realization, and act as a project lead and client manager, enhancing client brands through human-centered design. This role involves leading meetings and workshops.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an international setting
• Experience in client management, workshops, presentations and as project lead
• Excellent knowledge of Rhino, Solid Works or Maya
• Knowledge of CGI tools and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in prototyping is a plus
• High level of creativity and passion about innovative product concepts and designs
• Independent and cooperative functioning within the team
• Very good English verbal and written communication skills
• Chinese and/or German skills would be beneficial
• Strong knowledge of design processes and methods
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
