Requirements
- 2+ years of industry work experience as an industrial designer in an international setting
- Experience with Chinese market/clients would be a plus
- A collaborative mindset, strong ambition, and emotional intelligence
- Critical thinking skills, creativity, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Ability to contribute effectively to interdisciplinary projects with guidance and support
- Attention to detail and growing proficiency in tools like hand-sketching, Adobe CC, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Cinema 4D
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
