Home Health LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

As a Home Health LPN, you will be the point of contact between a patient and medical providers. You will assist in review and revision of the plan of care, provide nursing care in accordance with physician’s plan of treatment, and participate in education programs and quality assessment activities.

Requirements

• Kansas or Compact Nursing License
• Home Health experience required
• Driver's License and Vehicle with Current Auto Insurance
• Strong Organizational and self-management skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
