Assistant Director of Nursing

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or hospice setting.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
