Job Description
This Regional Sales Manager role focuses on supporting the sales and marketing objectives of the US Subsidiary with a focus on generating top line revenue growth. The territory covers Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri, requiring a strong understanding of the region's market dynamics. Responsibilities include strategic planning, tactical execution, team leadership, and account management. The role involves meeting/exceeding sales targets, utilizing CRM tools, and building strong relationships.
Requirements
- Four-year degree required (Engineering discipline preferred).
- 5-7 years outside sales experience required.
- Industrial/Automation industry sales experience preferred.
- Experience in working with industrial and automation distributors.
- Experience with a customer relationship management software package.
- Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
