Job Description
Phillips Corporation is seeking an Applications Engineer on their Hybrid team to redefine manufacturing possibilities by partnering with customers to solve their most complex challenges. This role involves developing and validating additive and subtractive strategies, creating training materials, and driving customer success through on-site and remote demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be a driving force for innovation and a solution provider for customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g. Hypermill, Mastercam, Solidworks, or Siemens NX)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine tool operations
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to be challenged and learn new technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM experience
