Assembler I - 3rd shift

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 3rd shift. The role requires handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy and performing various electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery.

Requirements

• Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery
• Follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented & controlled processes are followed
• Must be able to understand & document daily production metrics accurately
• May participate in projects as a team member in the development of skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects
• Expected to demonstrate the Philips Behaviors, treat all team members with respect, and value their feedback
