Job Description
We are seeking a Student Center Assistant to greet and organize student groups visiting the museum. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, working in a busy atmosphere, and working with school-aged children. The position involves greeting groups, ensuring smooth flow of visits, communicating with teachers and students, and troubleshooting logistical issues.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service-oriented jobs
- Experience working in a busy atmosphere greeting and organizing groups
- Experience and enjoyment working with school aged children
- Ability to work productively as part of a team and independently
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills, experience with reservation software a plus
