PharmaSGP is a pharmaceutical company looking for a Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service, handle customer inquiries, and work with various systems. The ideal candidate will have a commercial education, customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable education
• First experiences in customer service area, ideally in pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Experience with common customer service tools
• German skills on at least C1 level, ideally supplemented by Italian skills
• Proficiency in common office programs
