We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to guide and support our cross-functional Agile teams across e-commerce, websites, mobile apps, clinical platforms, customer care, and fulfilment services. As Scrum Master, you will be a servant leader and coach, enabling squads to deliver against an ambitious digital healthcare roadmap while maintaining quality, compliance, and alignment to our strategic goals.
Requirements
- Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and practical experience managing Agile sprints.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex, multi-team Agile environments.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to converse effectively with developers and understand technical constraints, architecture, and system design.
- Backlog Management: Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps for backlog grooming and workflow tracking.
- User-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy for users and ability to translate feedback into actionable deliverables with proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams in adopting Agile principles.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable using data (quantitative and qualitative) to make informed decisions
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA teams, and business leaders. Experience in coordinating across multiple delivery streams, including web, app, e-commerce, and operational services.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate trade-offs and make sound product decisions.
- Understanding of technical systems and ability to operate withing technology-driven environments – bridging the gap between technical and business requirements
