Join us as an Integration Manager and play a key role in some of our most impactful work, from M&A integrations to strategic partnerships and major transformation projects. You’ll bring teams together, enable clarity, and ensure every integration delivers meaningful value. Working closely with senior leaders, this is an influential role where you can contribute to meaningful change and support the growth of the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes.
- Strong project and portfolio management capability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable.
- A strategic thinker with strong delivery focus.
- Able to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level.
- Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies.
