Job Description
Phare Health is now part of R1 and its AI innovation engine, R37 Lab, building an AI-native Healthcare Revenue Operating System. Software Engineer needed to design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems.
Requirements
- Software engineer with 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems
- Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end in production
- Comfortable leading projects independently, from design through deployment and iteration.
- Experienced scaling production systems including debugging real-world issues across performance, reliability, and data correctness
