ML Engineer

Phare & R1 is building a Revenue Operating System using AI to make hospital billing and reimbursement effortless, accurate, and fair. We're hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to own the internal ML dev environment and partner with research to make models production-ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of ML Eng experience
• Experience building training and inference infrastructure for a fast-moving research team
• Experience operating modern orchestration/compute and accelerators at scale
• Experience building agentic workflows and agent orchestration
