Requirements

• Gathering information on prices, suppliers, and technical developments within a pre-determined budget framework
• Processing orders and coordinating delivery plans with suppliers
• Identifying shortages, developing alternatives, escalating when necessary, and monitoring delivery timeliness
• Conducting commercial reclamations and checking invoices, including clarifying discrepancies with suppliers
• Maintaining procurement master data, particularly setting up trade partners, logistics data, and updating prices
• Creating documents relating to procurement and communicating with transport companies
• Supporting the processing of customs formalities, taking into account company-related, country-specific, and customer-specific regulations
• Participating in system testing, regression testing, and validating local legislative requirements in the system context
• Taking on the role of key user for procurement services in SAP S/4 HANA
• Participating in the conducting and post-conducting of trainings, creating training material, and supporting and guiding users
• Supporting the implementation and operational operation of SAP S/4 HANA and CRM/CX in the service area, including taking on coordination tasks
• Participating in analyses to identify optimization potential, developing standards, and supporting the implementation and ensuring the corresponding measures
• Accompanying and supporting system testing, regression testing, and validation of local legislative requirements in the system context
