Quality Inspector

The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting plastic injection molded components and precision machined parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Perform receiving inspections on raw materials, components, and vendor supplied parts
• Conduct in-process, first article, and final inspections for molded and machined parts
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Maintain lot traceability and review material certification for aerospace compliance
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain organized quality records
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams
• Utilize precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
