Customer Service Rep

Customer Service Representative responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with assigned customer accounts, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience (Manufacturing environment preferred)
• Experience using MRP/ERP software helpful but not required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office based software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize tasks based on customer needs
• Above average communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
