Job Description
Optima Legal, part of the PEXA Group, is seeking a Technical Conveyancer to join their team in Leeds. This role involves providing expert advice on complex property cases, dealing with various acquisition types, and managing client queries. Requirements
- Legal qualification in Conveyancing
- Experience of full end to end sale and purchase transactions
- Confident outgoing personality and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritize work and use initiative
- Demonstrate excellent Property legal skills
- Ability to coach individuals to develop their knowledge and skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Knowledge and experience of case management systems
