Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a marketing communications / content / copywriting / PR role.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Multi-channel experience
- Market knowledge of the property or legal services sectors

- Strong organisational and collaboration skills
- Platforms: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and channels (social media, email, web content) is advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and file management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive) to help organise and track marketing activities.
- Data Reporting: Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
