We are looking for a Freelance Property Manager to join our agency in Lille. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive maintenance or management, be able to work in an emergency, and have a strong commitment to team success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate in automotive maintenance for workshop supervision or in management for fleet and vehicle fleet management (bac+2, BTS, DUT...).
• Significant experience in the field is also an asset.
• Comprehensive understanding of the operation of all types of automotive vehicles, including new generation and electric vehicles.
• A B permit is required. A C + FIMO (and/or FCO) permit would be an asset.
• Good communication and relational skills.
• Commercial sense with customers and suppliers.
