Job Description
Peterson Health, a non-profit rural community hospital in Kerrville, Texas, is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager for PRN (As-Needed) shifts. The role involves managing hospice patient care, including assessment, planning, patient care, and collaboration with providers. The position requires independent management, use of advanced assessment and decision-making skills, and adherence to hospice philosophy and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Diploma of Nursing Program or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current Texas state license in appropriate discipline
- Current American Heart Association CPR
- Current Texas state driver’s license
