Requirements

• At least five years of experience in the People & Culture area, preferably in recruiting for non-tech positions.
• Strong ability to identify talent and deliver outstanding pitches.
• Analytical and data-driven skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Fluent in German and English (plus foreign language preferred).
