We are looking for a strategic and impact-driven Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data organization at Peter Park. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and building robust, scalable data infrastructure that powers our analytics, data science, and product development efforts.
Requirements
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that support analytics, BI, and machine learning across the company.
- Develop and manage a clean data layer that powers BI tools and enables and streamlines self-service reporting.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and anomalies, developing hypotheses to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
- Architect and optimize our data infrastructure (e.g., data warehouse, orchestration tools) to support both real-time and batch processing at scale.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and access control through monitoring and governance practices.
- Stay current with data engineering advancements, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into analytics and products.
- Collaborate across teams, lead in data engineering best practices, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
