Global Sourcing Manager

Petco is a category-defining health and wellness company focused on improving the lives of pets, pet parents, and Petco partners. The Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing global sourcing activities for Petco's owned-brand products, identifying and executing cost savings opportunities, and negotiating with vendors on product availability and price.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 3 years of progressive work experience in global sourcing or sourcing related roles
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong analytical skills and sense of curiosity
• High sense of urgency, comfortable with ambiguity, polished influencing and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal/relationship-building skills
