Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role will involve providing excellent customer service to clients, navigating multiple systems, and resolving complex issues over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience working in a call center environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to work remotely from home
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong customer focus

- 1 year of call center customer service experience (inbound calls)
