The Senior Commercial Escrow Officer/Closer will be the primary point of contact for complex commercial real estate transactions. This role requires expertise in managing high-value properties, calculating complex financial transactions, and ensuring all requirements are met. The position requires maintaining thorough financial records and adhering to strict regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas Escrow Officer License in good standing
- 5+ years of escrow experience, including 5+ years in handling commercial transactions
- Advanced proficiency with SoftPro or similar transaction management platforms
- Work Availability (Monday-Friday, at least 8 hours/day)
- Physical demands (stand, lift/move, use computer, reach, sit/stand/bend/climb, etc.)
