Job Description
Perrigo is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement at their facility in Bronx, NY. The role involves process design, data analysis, and implementing Continuous Improvement (CIP) methodologies to reduce waste and optimize operations. This is part of a collaborative culture fostering a sense of belonging and growth within Perrigo.
Requirements
- Establish Operational Excellence via Continuous Improvement at Perrigo as a living culture
- Lead, strengthen and co-ordinate Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
- Ensure regular gap-analysis and action plans for CIP
- Organize trainings and run events to implement expected changes
- Manage providing and reporting of CIP project progress
