Assistant Category Merchandising Manager (Super Day)

We're looking for an Assistant Category Merchandising Manager to support Category Managers on merchandising projects, including sourcing and onboarding vendors, building assortments, and monitoring pricing and availability. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate (or equivalent experience)
• Analytical chops: Comfortable in Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables); SQL familiarity is a plus but not required.
• AI-first approach to problem solving: Leveraging technology to drive improvements in both the quality and quantity of your impact
• Operational discipline: Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through—especially with repetitive data tasks.
• Communication & collaboration: Clear written notes, crisp updates, and a helpful, proactive attitude with teammates and vendors.
• Owner’s mindset: Curiosity to learn, resilience when data is messy, and the drive continuously improve
