We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as Head of Key Account Management. As Head of Key Account Management, you'll be responsible for developing our key account strategy in the off-trade sector (LEH, E-Commerce) and driving sustainable growth. You'll lead a team to deliver top-notch results, build strong partnerships with key partners, and design strategic account plans.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
- At least 10 years of experience in key account management or sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proven success in managing national off-trade accounts and building strong customer relationships
- Experience in leading and developing high-performance teams
- In-depth knowledge of category management, trade marketing, and commercial planning
- Strategic thinking with a strong commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
