Transit Architect II

Perkins & Will is a multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in the design of public buildings and spaces, including recreation centres, libraries, academic facilities, corporate and commercial projects and transit projects. The studio consists of architects, interior designers and urban designers and places a strong emphasis on design excellence and sustainability.

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years experience
• A minimum of 2 years working with Revit
• Experience in transit architecture
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project is desirable
• Intermediate knowledge of project design and construction documentation production
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Graphic and 3D visualization skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
