Perkins&Will is looking for a Senior Project Architect to lead the design process for healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a high level of proficiency and expertise in design, project management, and execution.

Requirements

• Responsible for leading all phases of the design process
• Understands and responds to technical implications, design decisions, and project financial goals
• Leads and participates in project documentation development
• Oversees and manages Quality Control reviews
• Directs project Quality Assurance efforts
• Communicates with clients related to project technical matters
• Ensures effective and efficient construction contract administration responsibilities
• Maintains awareness of evolving building technology and engineering systems
