Perkins & Will is a multi-disciplinary design firm seeking an Architect III with 5+ years of experience in all phases of project design and construction documentation production, including Revit and LEED AP certification.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Architecture
- 5+ years experience
- A minimum of 2 years working with Revit
- Experience in Contract Administration
- Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
- Intermediate knowledge of project design and construction documentation production
- Knowledge of construction materials
- Graphic and 3D visualization skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
