We are a dynamic firm in the food services management industry seeking a Food Service Director for our client site at Johnson C. Smith in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit dining, retail, and catering operations, with a proven track record of developing and implementing tools to increase revenue and bottom line.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-unit experience in dining, retail, and/or catering operations
• Previous experience in college/university or business dining
• Minimum of 2 years primary financial accountability with direct reporting relationship to clients and senior executives
• Proven track record of developing and implementing tools to increase top and bottom line
• Strong communication skills
