Senior Paralegal

Perkins Coie LLP's nationally recognized Private Client Services practice is seeking a highly motivated Probate Paralegal to join our team.

Requirements

• Maintain positive contact with clients and observe confidentiality of client matters
• Coordinate and attend client conferences and assist lawyers in preparing for client meetings
• Administer allocation of assets and trust funding and coordinate asset transfers
• Maintain current knowledge of Washington probate proceedings
• Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns
• Manage intestate and insolvent estates
• Prepare estate and gift tax calculations and projections
• Conduct evaluation of assets and prepare estate inventories
• Keep accurate time records
