Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group in the New York office, representing innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
• Stellar academic credentials and references
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, math and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
• NY bar admission is required
