Observability Engineer (AIOps)

The Observability Engineer will implement and manage observability tools to ensure application availability, reliability, and performance. This role involves creating end-to-end visibility into systems, leveraging telemetry data to proactively resolve issues, and collaborating with clients on Proof of Concepts. The engineer will stay current with new technologies and maintain a strong understanding of ITOM, CMDB, and Automation.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Solid experience in one or more of systems, databases, or applications
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Engineering skills in Unix/Linux and/or Windows environments
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence-driven automation and anomaly detection technologies
