Database Administrator

We are looking for a skilled MS SQL Database Administrator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our IT Operations team.

Requirements

• Deploying and maintaining robust, secure, and highly available database environments.
• Troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis for major impact issues.
• Understanding backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Experience with build in high availability and DR features (AO availability Groups, AO FCI, Distributed AG, Log shipping etc).
• Proficient understanding of security mechanisms and compliance with auditing standards.
• Managing and coordinating scheduled maintenance operations.
• Monitoring SQL Environment and creating regular KPI reports.
• Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborating with development teams and supporting database changes - releases.
• Creating documentation deliverables.
