Requirements
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments
- Design individualized programs
- Monitor progress of clients' fitness levels
- Complete client progress notes within 24 hours of working with client
- Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment
- Lead individual/group training sessions
- Build positive and lasting relationships with clients
- Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists
- Communicate effectively with Wellness Lead and Wellness team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
