Job Description
Set-up and maintain line equipment, monitor the process, and direct production line personnel to prepare and package products while observing safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate production personnel work, assist in training, and relieve personnel for breaks. Troubleshoot problems, perform minor repairs, and maintain the scale area.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
