Senior Security Lead

The Senior Security Lead is responsible for executing administration and coordination of security programs to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. This includes ensuring compliance with security standards, providing guidance and support to staff members, and administering physical security procedures. The role also involves developing and conducting security briefings and education programs, as well as assisting with the preparation and receipt of visitor certifications.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Federal and/or DoD security policies and procedures
• Physical security skillset: combo changing experience, experience with alarm panel programming, CCTV knowledge
• Experience using various systems, including DISS, NBIS, CCTV Software, Access Control Software, and Microsoft Tools
• Active TS/SCI clearance
