Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead day-to-day operations of a major IT program, overseeing staffing, financial management, and reporting. Responsibilities include defining tasks and expectations for a team, managing LOEs and contract types, and providing leadership. The role involves collaboration with COTRS and key decision makers to maintain program baseline performance and generate deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or related field
- 16 years of experience in program management
- 10 years experience managing information technology contracts
- Working knowledge of customer processes and policies
- Expert communication and organizational skills
- Expert MS Office skills
- PMP or similar Certification
