Job Description
The Deputy Program Manager will oversee multiple software development efforts, oversee O&M of deployed software applications, and participate in all levels of planning for future applications and projects. The DPM will coordinate with multiple project leads to gather and access status, ensure timelines are met and take proactive corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 12+ of experience in technical leadership, systems engineering, or program/project management roles
- At least 4 years in a management capacity
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph
- Experience with and strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle
- Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experienced in Program management financials and reporting on a T&M contract
