Software Engineering Instructor (Continuous)

Per Scholas is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver high-quality technical training to underemployed and unemployed community residents. The role involves delivering technology skills training, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support. The position requires self-direction, adaptability, and collaboration with a team and Career Advancement team.

Requirements

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Full-stack JavaScript experience preferred
• Experience with SQL, MongoDB, and Express/Node.js
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Experience with assessment and curriculum evaluation
• Ability to lift 50lbs
