Job Description

Requirements
- Develop and lead Per Scholas local fundraising strategy.
- Secure new funder relationships and manage employer relationships.
- Lead team development and provide performance management.
- Manage an employer-facing team and partner with a Talent Solutions team.
- Work directly with the Training, Finance, Communications, Development, and Administration teams.
