Education Partnership Manager USA West Coast

PeopleCert is seeking a dynamic Education Partnership Manager to lead strategic engagement with universities, government agencies, and organizations across the United States. The role involves expanding recognition and market share in higher education, pathway programs, and workforce sectors, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders. The position requires a strong understanding of U.S. international admissions and testing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional relations
• Proven track record of achieving recognition and adoption in higher education.
• Deep understanding of U.S. international admissions, pathway programs, and English Language Learning ecosystem.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired)
• Spanish a plus
• Advanced computer literacy (ECDL Advanced certification preferred) and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Willingness to travel across the U.S.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Collaborative team player with relationship-first approach.
