Sales & Technical Sales Specialist (Bakery Equipment & Food Ingrediant) )

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Bakery Equipment & Engineering Sales Specialist to join our team in Thailand, representing a global leader in dough processing and bakery machinery. This hybrid role combines engineering expertise, bakery process knowledge, and solution-based sales to support our customers in optimizing their production lines.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechatronics, Food Science, Bakery Technology, Culinary Arts or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery production, food ingredients, or bakery equipment sales.
• Strong understanding of dough processing, lamination, and bakery product development.
• Experience or knowledge in food ingredients (e.g., enzymes, emulsifiers, improvers, fats, or flour types) is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with bakery machinery and production line integration is a plus.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and solution selling.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally within the region.
