People Profilers Vietnam is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join their client, an MNC company in HCMC. The role involves managing HR processes, collaborating with the Head of HR, and providing expert advice on HR policies and employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years' experience as a HR General in a trading environment
• HR certification
• Strong HR Compensation & Benefit skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
